Remember that they are flammable and could explode or cause a fire. They should be closely sealed and separated from fire or water to keep their performance and longevity.

Familiarize the terrain. Even though you hire a guide, this does not mean that you should not remember the place. Be aware of the shortcuts, dangerous areas, safe zone and the way to return to the camping ground. Figure out the available resources and the weather situations as well.

Last but not the least is to be safe. Evidently, safety should be prioritized. You must never take situations lightly otherwise this might stir up grave and dangerous problems along the way.
